  • Private labeling agreement.

PCI provided a “no compromises” solution in the DCD100-48 Motor Drive.

  • The 100 amp continuous capability met their performance requirements perfectly; the end product is neither over-powered nor under-powered.
  • A versatile DSP control platform supports future design enhancements and “new customer” customization.
  • Each drive can operate in a master/slave mode eliminating additional hardware and making all units interchangeable.
  • The compact design fit in the space available and enabled the customer to reduce vehicle size and weight.
  • The customer’s proprietary interface was implemented providing efficient transfer of more information and a rich set of diagnostic tools.
  • A negotiated private label arrangement gave the customer a “brand” advantage and more control of service options.
  • Production units were provided at off-the-shelf prices with a surprisingly short lead-time.
