PCI in the Community (CAC)
PERFORMANCE CONTROLS, INC.® established the employee Community Action Committee (CAC) August 6, 2008 to support not-for-profit organizations that enhance the quality of life in the community in which our employees live, including Montgomery, Bucks and Philadelphia counties. The support is given in the form of cash donations, gifts, and volunteer time and service. Employee members of the CAC review project specific proposals from local organizations on a monthly basis. Their goal is to make donations that will have the greatest positive impact. Organizations where there is employee participation are looked upon favorably. PERFORMANCE CONTROLS, INC.® Community Action Committee’s focus is on education – including institutional education, environmental education, health education, arts education, literacy education & vocational/occupational education.
